At WRSC conducting business in a safe and responsible manner is fundamental to our success. No task is so important as to compromise the health and safety of our employees, contractors and visitors. We will strive to continually improve our operational standards and in doing so demonstrate our commitment to protecting our people in accordance with our obligations under the WHS Act (2011) and Regulations, and Codes of Practice.

Our goal is to maintain a safe workplace free or injuries and incidents.
OUR STRATEGY
The company will strive to achieve our goal by:-
- develop and maintain a safe work environment and system of work practices within the scope of current industry standards and legislation
- provide accurate information, instruction, training and supervision to ensure employees can perform their work safely and without risk
- consult with employees on health and safety issues and provide a framework to recognise, evaluate and control workplace hazards
- be proactive by conducting periodic assessments to identify areas for improvement
- provide adequate systems and resources to effectively manage health and safety issues, including rehabilitation and return to work processes.
All employees are expected to:-
- comply with all Company safety policies and procedures
- accept responsibility for the health and safety and that of others in the workplace
- co-operate with all to achieve a safe work environment
- report all injuries and safety incidents
